Summary
The monoclonal antibody to rat IFN-γ (clone DB-1) was first described in 1989. It has shown to neutralize both natural and recombinant rat IFN-γ and mouse IFN-γ in vivo and in vitro. In a Western Blot the antibody reacts with the 14 kDa and 18 kDa polypeptides present in natural rat IFN-γ (van der Meide P.H. et al. 1989). The antibody can be used for immunohistochemical staining of frozen tissues and intracellular staining (Schmidt B. et al. 1992 and Bernard I. et al. 1998). Other available formats: unconjugated (cat. no. CT032) and biotin labeled (cat. no. CT035).
