TMB substrate ELISA - 30 ml

TMB substrate solution is a ready-to-use formulation containing 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB), the substrate for horseradish peroxidase (HRP) in ELISA assays. In combination with Streptavidin-HRP, the substrate produces a soluble blue reaction product that can be measured spectrophotometrically at 370 nm or 655 nm. The enzymatic reaction can be stopped by the addition of 0.18 M sulfuric acid, resulting in a yellow end product that can be measured at 450 nm. One vial is sufficient for up to 240 ELISA determinations.
