Description
The human TNF-α monoclonal antibody 61E71 is suitable for immunohistochemical analysis, neutralization assays, Western Blot analysis and ELISA assays.
Description
TNF-α (Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha) is an immune signaling protein that triggers inflammation to fight infections. It also regulates cell survival, cell death, and tissue regeneration. TNF-α is mainly produced by macrophages, and also by T cells, B cells, dendritic cells (DC) and mast cells. TNF-α is essential for normal immune responses, but when overproduced, it can contribute to inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.
