Description
The TMB substrate is a ready-to-use reagent for ELISPOT assays. In combination with streptavidin-HRP, the substrate produces a blue precipitate at the site of cytokine secretion, enabling the visualization and enumeration of spot-forming cells. One vial is sufficient for up to 480 ELISPOT determinations.
