Our ELISPOT antibody pairs are validated for high assay performance using the same reagents and materials included in U-CyTech ELISPOT kits. These antibody pairs are optimized for reliable and reproducible ELISPOT assays.
The antibody pairs are available in convenient 10-plate and 20-plate format, providing 960 or 1920 determinations, respectively.
Compatible reagents for ELISPOT assays can be purchased separately, allowing customization of your ELISPOT workflow.
Description
IFN-γ is a potent immune regulating cytokine that plays a central role in activating the body’s defense against infections and malignant cells. By enhancing antigen presentation and boosting the activity of T cells and natural killer (NK) cells, IFN-γ drives strong antiviral and anti tumor responses. It is primarily produced by activated T helper 1 (Th1) cells, cytotoxic T cells, γδ T cells, NK cells, and natural killer T (NKT) cells, making it a key indicator of cellular immune activation in research and diagnostic applications.
Alternative names
IFN-γ, IFN-gamma, IFN-g, IFNg, interferon γ, interferon-γ, interferon-gamma, interferon gamma, INF-g, INF-gamma, immune interferon, Type II interferon
