Description
FN-18 can be used in immunohistochemistry, flow cytometric analysis and intracellular staining. In addition, it has been shown to stimulate monkey peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs).
Description
CD3 is an integral component of the TCR-CD3 complex present on the surface of T lymphocytes, where it plays an essential role in adaptive immunity. Following antigen recognition by antigen-presenting cells (APCs), activation signals generated by the T-cell receptor (TCR) are transduced across the cell membrane via the CD3δ, CD3ε, and CD3γ signaling chains, leading to T-cell activation and downstream immune responses.
