Description
Anti-monkey IFN-γ antibody (mouse IgG1, κ monoclonal) is validated for a wide range of applications, including sandwich ELISA, ELISPOT, immunohistochemistry, intracellular flow cytometry, and Luminex assays.
Description
IFN‑γ is a potent immune‑regulating cytokine that plays a central role in activating the body’s defense against infections and malignant cells. By enhancing antigen presentation and boosting the activity of T cells and natural killer (NK) cells, IFN‑γ drives strong antiviral and anti‑tumor responses. It is primarily produced by activated T helper 1 (Th1) cells, cytotoxic T cells, γδ T cells, NK cells, and natural killer T (NKT) cells, making it a key indicator of cellular immune activation in research and diagnostic applications.
