Description
Our ELISA antibody pairs are extensively validated for high assay performance using the same reagents and materials included in U-CyTech ELISA kits. These antibody pairs are optimized to ensure reliable, sensitive, and reproducible results in a wide range of ELISA applications.
The ELISA antibody pairs are available in convenient 10- or 20-plate formats, providing 960 or 1920 determinations, respectively. Each set is supplied with either 5 or 10 vials of standards and 2 or 4 vials of Streptavidin-HRP conjugate, offering flexibility for different experimental needs and throughput requirements.
Designed for ease of use and consistent performance, these ELISA reagents support accurate quantification in immunoassays. Additional ELISA plates and reagents can be purchased separately, allowing customization of your ELISA workflow.
Description
IFN-γ is a potent immune regulating cytokine that plays a central role in activating the body’s defense against infections and malignant cells. By enhancing antigen presentation and boosting the activity of T cells and natural killer (NK) cells, IFN-γ drives strong antiviral and anti tumor responses. It is primarily produced by activated T helper 1 (Th1) cells, cytotoxic T cells, γδ T cells, NK cells, and natural killer T (NKT) cells, making it a key indicator of cellular immune activation in research and diagnostic applications.
Alternative names
IFN-γ, IFN-gamma, IFN-g, IFNg, interferon γ, interferon-γ, interferon-gamma, interferon gamma, INF-g, INF-gamma, immune interferon, Type II interferon
