Description
Our sandwich ELISA kits are developed for the determination of cytokines in culture supernatant, serum and plasma. Each kit includes all reagents required to perform up to 480 ELISA determinations: coating and detection antibodies, standards, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, TMB substrate, stop solution, cytokine stabilization buffer, BSA stock solution, ELISA plates and adhesive plate covers.
Description
IFN-γ is a potent immune regulating cytokine that plays a central role in activating the body’s defense against infections and malignant cells. By enhancing antigen presentation and boosting the activity of T cells and natural killer (NK) cells, IFN-γ drives strong antiviral and anti tumor responses. It is primarily produced by activated T helper 1 (Th1) cells, cytotoxic T cells, γδ T cells, NK cells, and natural killer T (NKT) cells, making it a key indicator of cellular immune activation in research and diagnostic applications.
