Each kit includes all reagents required to perform up to 480 ELISA determinations: coating and detection antibodies, standards, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, TMB substrate, stop solution, cytokine stabilization buffer, BSA stock solution, ELISA plates and adhesive plate covers.
Description
IFN-γ is a potent immune regulating cytokine that plays a central role in activating the body’s defense against infections and malignant cells. By enhancing antigen presentation and boosting the activity of T cells and natural killer (NK) cells, IFN-γ drives strong antiviral and anti tumor responses. It is primarily produced by activated T helper 1 (Th1) cells, cytotoxic T cells, γδ T cells, NK cells, and natural killer T (NKT) cells, making it a key indicator of cellular immune activation in research and diagnostic applications.
Alternative names
