Description
The monoclonal antibody clone 11B11 specifically recognizes both natural and recombinant mouse IL-4. The antibody is suitable for ELISA and ELISPOT assays, in vitro neutralization, intracellular staining and Western Blot analysis.
Description
Interleukin-4 (IL-4) is a key cytokine that plays a central role in regulating the immune system. It is primarily produced by T helper 2 (Th2) cells, but can also be secreted by mast cells, and eosinophils and basophils. IL-4 is involved in several critical immune processes, including IgE class switching in B cell, Th2 cell differentiation, allergic inflammation and defense against parasites.
