U-CyTech’s ELISA setup and performance are fast, easy and often suitable to quantify both recombinant as natural forms of target proteins in cell culture supernatant, serum and/or plasma.

Human IL-7 ELISA
The 5-plate Human IL-7 sandwich ELISA kit (for research use only) is an assay designed for the detection and quantification of both natural and recombinant IL-7. Besides the complete kit, the two non-competing anti-human IL-7 monoclonal antibodies and standard can also be obtained as antibody pairs (available as 10-plate and 20-plate format). Antibody pairs have been tested on assay performance with the same secondary reagents and materials as included in the complete kits.

Human and Monkey IP-10 ELISA
The 5-plate IP-10 ELISA kits (for research use only) are assays designed for the detection and quantification of natural and recombinant human or monkey (rhesus macaque) IP-10 in different biological fluids. Besides the complete ELISA kit, the anti-IP-10 monoclonal antibodies and standard can also be obtained as antibody pair (available as 10-plate and 20-plate format). Antibody pairs have been tested on assay performance with the same secondary reagents and materials as included in the complete kits.
